The use of ICT during teacher shortage
During teacher shortage these are some of the steps our teacher strategies in our school to engage few teachers to cater the need of children
1. Use of MPH for mass teaching
2. Planning done in Laptops
3. Power point teaching in labs
4. Class carried out in shift system
At present we have 53 teachers catering 1273 children from PP-X with 37 sections.

the management of huge number of students in mph will be difficult, rather it would be much better dividing into groups and making them understand taking turn than doing in a mass together
